Uploading Documents to Blueprint
The fastest way to unlock the full power of Gavel, Blueprint is our built-in AI that automatically generates workflows for you to review, approve, and run. All you need to do to get it started is upload a Word or fillable-field PDF document.
Uploading Documents to Blueprint
Blueprint automatically produces structured, custom workflows based on uploaded documents - ready for your review and greenlight. Start by clicking on New Workflow in the upper right hand corner of your Dashboard, and select Start with documents.
Next, you can upload multiple documents (Word or PDF documents) to this workflow. Blueprint will consolidate, gather the appropriate variables, and generate the questions to input into your workflow.
You will be asked to give your new workflow a name. This can be updated or changed later.
Once the documents have been read by Blueprint, you will then be able to accept or reject the suggested variables.
