Accepting or Rejecting Variables

Now that you have uploaded your documents to Gavel Blueprint, you can accept or reject the suggested questions and variables.

Accepting or Rejecting Variables

Scroll through the document, or view the variables located by Blueprint in the variable sidebar and accept or reject any of the variables. Please note that you can edit all of the details, including the question's wording, after the workflow has been generated.

Once you have accepted and/or rejected all the variables in your documents, click Draft Workflow. You now have the first draft of a Gavel workflow that you can use to automate the drafting of the Word or fillable PDF document that you uploaded. Use the Word add-in or Gavel PDF Tagger to fine-tune the automation and edit your workflow and document templates.
