FAQs
- What’s the difference between a Builder and an Admin?
- The main difference is that Admin's have control of the users (adding or deactivating users) and the Gavel Billing Portal
- Can a Builder share questions with another Builder?
- A Builder can share their workflows with other Builders to make changes, or edit as needed. This is called Builder Collaboration [addlink] which allows Builders to share and edit workflows.
- I have a consultant setting up Gavel for me. Should I make them a Builder on my Gavel account?
- We recommend allowing your consultant or Gavel Expert to build on your account, however it is not necessary. Many of our Gavel Experts prefer to work on their own Gavel site and transfer the workflows to your account when they are ready. Discuss this with your consultant on how best it is to proceed.
