Draft a Workflow from a fillable PDF
Want to create a workflow for your fillable PDF faster than tagging each of the fields yourself? Just upload your fillable PDF and Gavel Blueprint, our AI workflow drafter, will scan the document, suggest questions, tag the fields, and create a workflow that you can then review.
First, click "New Workflow" and select "Start with documents." Starting with Documents is the way to use Blueprint to draft a workflow.
Then upload your fillable-field DPF
Next, Name your workflow. Click "Save." You can change this later.
Next, Blueprint will scan your document and show you the suggested fields and variables. You can review them, change variable names, reject any of them, and then click "Draft Workflow" to create the first draft of your workflow.
