User Management: Organizational User
Organizational Users can share and/or answer sets of assigned questions that generate documents multiple times. They can also access the client data for these assigned questions.
Key Features:
- Generate completed documents by answering specific questions that an Admin or Builder assigned.
- Take assigned workflows or other workflows given to them through their dashboard.
- Access and manipulate client data for their assigned questions.

FAQs
- What data can Organizational Users access?
- They have access to the workflows they fill out only. They are able to reuse that data in Data Manager to make edits or changes.
- Can an Organizational User create or edit workflows?
- They cannot create or edit workflows. They only have access to the workflows Admins or Builders Assign them.
- Does an Organizational User have to work in my firm/company?
- They do not! If you have someone who is going to be submitting answers to your workflow multiple times with new information each time, they will need to be an Organizational User. This could be another law practice that you would like to share the workflow and output documents with. Many of our users are actually B2B and sell the access to their account as an Organizational User.
