Blueprint Workflow Organizer

The workflow organizer step in Gavel Blueprint allows you to organize the reviewed variables and questions before creating the workflow.

How to Organize Your Workflow

After you have reviewed the variables you would like to accept or reject, you will move on to Step 3 of 3 before your workflow is created. Here, you will have the option to add pages and reorganize the questions and variables that Gavel Blueprint has created.

You can drop them in the desired order by clicking, holding, and dragging the six dots on the left-hand side of each question/variables box. You can also add pages and organize multiple questions into each page using the “Move to” button and selecting which page to move the question/variable.

After you have it organized, click next in the top right-hand corner of the page. This will then create your workflow!
