About This Lesson

Multi-user workflows are key to efficiency, consistency, and proper data gathering.

Have one user start a workflow (e.g., yourself). Then, have another user (e.g., a paralegal or client) finish the workflow. This allows multiple individuals to add their information in to generate the documents. In the example here, we set this up so that a workflow is initiated when you enter data into Clio (more on Clio here). Automated emails to parties and clients can also be triggered throughout this process.
